Mint3r © processes project briefs, generation instructions, technical specifications, and related metadata strictly for the purpose of operating the application factory workflows and generating requested Deliverables.
Data Scope
The system processes:
- Project briefs and associated instructions submitted by users
- Generation logs and technical metadata necessary to execute workflows
- System-level operational logs for security, reliability, and performance monitoring
Mint3r © does not independently collect personal data beyond what users choose to include in submitted briefs.
User Responsibility for Submitted Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not include regulated, confidential, health, financial, biometric, or other sensitive personal data unless you have independently determined that you have the legal right and compliance basis to do so.
Mint3r © does not assume responsibility for reviewing, filtering, or classifying user-submitted data.
Storage Model
Project data and generated outputs are stored within local project folders or isolated workspace environments unless you explicitly export, deploy, publish, or otherwise distribute generated Deliverables.
Mint3r © does not automatically publish, distribute, or externally expose generated applications.
Retention
Data is retained only for the duration necessary to operate factory workflows and maintain project continuity, unless deleted by the user. Users are responsible for managing and deleting exported artifacts.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect system integrity. However, no system is guaranteed to be secure, and users remain responsible for securing deployed or exported Deliverables.
Third-Party Services
Where infrastructure providers or hosting environments are used, data may be processed by those providers strictly for operational purposes. Mint3r © does not sell user data.
No Compliance Representation
Mint3r © does not represent or warrant that generated Deliverables or workflows meet any regulatory framework, including but not limited to GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or similar standards. Compliance obligations remain solely with the user.
