Terms of Use
Use of the Mint3r © Mini App Factory is strictly limited to lawful and authorized product development.
By submitting a brief, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all materials, specifications, data, and instructions contained in that brief. You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions and for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving all generated artifacts prior to any distribution, deployment, or commercial release.
As-Is Deliverables
All applications, codebases, assets, documentation, and related outputs generated from submitted briefs (collectively, "Deliverables") are provided strictly "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, performance, security, or regulatory compliance.
Mint3r © does not guarantee that Deliverables will be production-ready, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for any specific deployment environment.
Release Model
Each application release is generated solely on the basis of the specific brief submitted at the time of generation. Any modification, enhancement, correction, or iteration requires submission of a new or revised brief. No ongoing update, maintenance, patching, or version management is implied or provided outside of a newly submitted brief.
Delivery Format
All Deliverables are provided exclusively as compressed archive files in .tar.gz format. No alternative formats, build pipelines, hosting environments, deployment services, or infrastructure configurations are included unless explicitly stated in writing.
No Deployment or Operational Support
Mint3r © does not provide support services for installation, deployment, hosting, DevOps configuration, publishing to app stores, runtime troubleshooting, infrastructure setup, or post-delivery maintenance. You are solely responsible for deploying, securing, operating, and maintaining any Deliverables.
All outputs must undergo your own legal, security, performance, and compliance review prior to use.
No Refund Policy
All license purchases are final and non-refundable. No license refund, chargeback accommodation, or pro-rated reimbursement is provided, including in cases of non-use, partial use, or terminated access resulting from policy or legal enforcement events.
Immediate Termination for Legal or Regulatory Breach
Any confirmed or reasonably suspected legal, regulatory, enforcement, misuse, or policy breach related to application usage may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, license, and service rights. Termination under this clause is final and remains non-refundable.
Contractual Acceptance Requirement
By purchasing, activating, or using a license, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Privacy policy as binding conditions of service.
Non-Transferable License and Identified Contractor Use
Each license is personal to the identified contractor or authorized legal entity user record. Shared, pooled, delegated, resold, or multi-user credential use is strictly prohibited. Mint3r may enforce single-session and client-binding controls to prevent concurrent or unauthorized use.
Detected credential sharing, impersonation, or unauthorized transfer may trigger immediate suspension or termination of the license without refund.
